  • Human-first cold emails: Wrote concise, non-salesy sequences that spoke to relocation hurdles or staffing gaps.

  • A/B testing & deliverability: Tweaked subject lines, body copy and send times to maximise inbox placement.

  • Multi-step follow-ups: Rolled out 3–4 gentle reminders to turn opens into replies and replies into meetings.
