Precision list building: Compiled separate contact lists of Canadian nurses and U.S. healthcare execs.
Human-first cold emails: Wrote concise, non-salesy sequences that spoke to relocation hurdles or staffing gaps.
A/B testing & deliverability: Tweaked subject lines, body copy and send times to maximise inbox placement.
Multi-step follow-ups: Rolled out 3–4 gentle reminders to turn opens into replies and replies into meetings.
